Regression test was applied on SPSS software. The study reveals that organizational culture significantly impacts the project success. Furthermore, project competencies positively moderate the relationship between organization culture and project success. This suggests that organizations must first focus on the organizational culture and invest in building further the competencies of project managers to increase the possibility of success. Superior project outcomes depend so much on collaboration and effective communication in today's complex environments. The findings provide critical information to policymakers, decision-makers, business leaders, and government agencies on how best to establish supportive frameworks, promote a positive organizational culture, and empower the project managers. The information is helpful for focusing the strategies of decision-makers to enhance project performance through the development of successful cultures and competencies of the project managers. Business leaders can apply these approaches during the execution of projects, thereby enhancing stakeholder relationships. Lastly, this consideration of developing an organizational culture that is healthy and strong, besides improving project manager competencies, maximizes the success of projects, thereby significantly enhancing management effectiveness through strategic interventions.
