Item QoS enabled smart learning(UMT, Lahore, 2024) Aamir Sohail and Haider AliCloud Computing (CC) and Internet of Things (IoT) are the mainstays of modern information technology computing services adding significant values in revolutionizing the industry. CloudIoTservices dominate in all disciplines of life including social, agriculture, health, economics, management, IT, education and research. The Quality of Service (QoS) or Experience (QoE) can immensely be enhanced by leveraging CloudIoT in all lifestyles especially in domain of smart learning. This study highlights the implications of QoS enabled smart learning by addressing basic notions of CloudIoT in educational domain and ponders the significance of its adoption along with prevailing issues and challenges. We seek to investigate the current Cloud and IoT services' supports for research in education and analyzed the collected data from variety of journals from 2010-2019 to observe and to refine the scope of the empirical research based on cloud computing for learning and educational purpose. We also investigate a correlation of research needs and the current Cloud and IoT services available in context of pricing, the features, the service model, the region, the associated industry and the type of IoT services provided. Further, we investigate the significance of QoS enabled smart learning leveraging the adoption of Cloud and IoT services in educational domain as compared to traditional learning style. Eventually, the study concludes that QoS enabled smart education systems outperforms the traditional learning styles and emphases for the adoption of Cloud-IoT services in research and education sectors.
