Item Hydroponic Farming(UMT, Lahore, 2024) FARYAD, Nimra Mushtaq, Ayesha Tariq and Aown RazaHydroponic farming is gradually assuming promising prospects in contemporary society as an important form of hydroponic farming. Aeroponics is the science of plants growing without a soil media and where the nutrient is supplied in solution the water. Organization and management goals in hydroponic farming are numerous and they are as follows; efficiency in the use of resources, Crop productivity, and sustainability. As can be observed in any set of goals related to hydroponic farming systems, nutrient management pans out as critical and the main principle involves the constant regulation of the nutrient solution according to the plant species that is being grown. Environmental care is also an objective: such as the use of water recycling systems and water-saving hydroponic irrigation techniques. This is one of the objectives because a high level of productivity and quality of the crops implies a need to carefully control the external conditions and the light and growth schedules. Unlike most pest management frameworks, the strategies for disease management are entirely based on the concepts of prevention and early intervention; it entails systematic checks on the disease control systems as well as the proper use of safe control measures.
