    Supply chain management (SCM) is now recognised as one of the best means by which enterprises can make instant improvements to their business strategies and operations. This Project covers the area of almost all operation areas of regarding development of compatible Sops (Standard Operating Procedures) in Guard Filters. Existing procedure and techniques using to handle, manage the operation in different areas such production/Manufacturing, warehouses particularly material handling is inaccurate and inappropriate which become the cause of losses generation.
