This research paper is developed for the purpose of competency gap analysis and
assessment of employability skills of fresh graduates. HR department of NISHAT mills
was chosen for this research. The core area of this research was gap identification of
perceived importance of competencies and the existing level of competencies in NISHAT.
Both Qualitative and quantitative questionnaires to assess the gap on the level of
importance and level of existing competencies.
