Item Impact of Career Management, Empowerment and Training on Employee Inclusion at Unilever Pvt.(UMT,LAHORE, 2018) Farzeen AftabThe workforce of any company plays an imperative part in its growth and development. Any company can ensure that with the support of efficacious HR practices they became succeeded. The HR practices which empowers its employee, provide them the opportunity of training and development along with career management, ensures serious commitment towards work. The objective of the study is to determine the impact of career management, empowerment and training on the employee inclusion. This is descriptive study. Data were collected from 120 employees from Unilever Lahore and Faisalabad. Data was analyzed using Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) and regression analysis was conducted. The results reported that employees were glad from their job. The environment of inclusion has provided in their company. All the three study hypothesis was accepted. In future research, researchers used different HR practices to determine their influence on inclusion of employees.
