Item Mu'asir Muslim kharja policy ki Tashkeel e no(UMT Lahore, 2024-05-21) Zaheer AhmadIt is a definite fact that the security and prosperity of any state in the world is based on two things, one is its internal system and the other is the foreign policy of that country, that is, the establishment of relations with the outside world. In order to establish relations with neighboring countries in particular and with other countries in general, the state determines some limits, restrictions and rules and regulations which especially guarantee its security and prosperity. This principle is the foreign policy of the state. Islam is not only a religion, but a complete code of life. It is not just a claim, but it was proved in practice by the Holy Prophet in his time, and the Caliphs became a role model for the Muslim Ummah and the nations of the world. Thus, Islamic teachings not only provide principles and rules for an individual to live peacefully, safely and prosperously, but also guarantee the internal and external protection of life and property to the members of a state and society. In this discussion, in the light of the diplomatic agreements of the Prophet, peace be upon him, not only guidance has been provided in relation to the relations of the Islamic state with other Muslim and non-Muslim states, but also an attempt has been made to create such a strong template and standard, which will facilitate new ways of foreign policy. To achieve this goal, the foreign affairs of today's economically, politically, geographically and defensively strong and influential states such as Saudi Arabia, Arab Emirates, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia, Iran and Pakistan have been thoroughly reviewed. In order to highlight the importance of this topic, this dissertation is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, a complete introduction to the prophetic covenants and their motivations are explained in historical terms. The second chapter is the literature review in which the reference and introduction of these books and research materials have been presented in which some scholarly work was done regarding the foreign policy of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The third chapter is about the research method in which the research method of this paper is described. The fourth chapter has been allocated for analytical study, in which the principles and regulations in the formation of Muslim foreign policy have been highlighted. And the fifth chapter has been highlighted on the application of Islamic foreign policy to some influential Islamic states established in the modern era. At the end the discussion, in which some recommendations have been made while concluding the discussion.
