    Study of warping and sizing with focus to improve productivity

    Warping and sizing are preparatory processes for weaving. Warping has significant importance in the production of fabric. Without warping, fabric can not make because it provides base for weft insertion. Sizing is used to increase the strength of yarn. Sizing also known as “heart” of weaving and well sized is half woven. Good warping and sizing can increases the production of weaving unit. Beside these productions can effectively increase by taking some steps such as in yarn quality, by removing warping and sizing faults, by using pre-wet for coarse count, by schedule maintenance and by controlling wastages.
