Item IMPACT OF SLEEP & STRESS ACADEMIC ACHIEVMENT AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS OF LAHORE(UMT, Lahore, 2024) FATIMA CHEEMAThis study critically examines the connection among nap excellence and scholarly achievement in undergraduate pupils of various well-known universities of Lahore such as UMT, PU, (UOL) and University of Central Punjab (UCP). For Quantitative method, the sample size was 406, and the data was collected through online google forms. This thesis explores the connection among undergraduate pupils' scholarly achievement and nap excellence. Scholarly success is strongly impacted by cognitive functioning, memory consolidation, and general well-being, all of which are vitally impacted by nap. The study looks at how nap length, consistency, and excellence affect pupils' learning outcomes and grades. The results demonstrate a strong connection among improved nap excellence and increased scholarly achievement, highlighting the need of encouraging pupils to adopt healthy napping practices in order to improve their scholarly achievement. Based on the findings, pupils with high levels of tension have trouble falling a nap, and even when they do, they do not get the necessary amount of nap for their brains to work properly and their emotions to heal. This creates a vicious cycle where worry leads to bad nap, which leads to more tension and, ultimately scholarly achievement. On the other hand, pupils who practice good nap hygiene and tension management do better performance and have improved psychological and physical health. The findings led to several recommendations such as improving the excellence of nap is essential for achieving higher scholarly achievement. Pupils should avoid coffee and large meals late in the day, restrict screen time before bed, make a nap-friendly environment, and set up a consistent nap schedule. Relaxation methods, consistent exercise, and efficient tension reduction can all help to improve the excellence of nap, which will benefit focus, memory, and scholarly achievement in general.
