Item Knowledge-based empowering interaction and Employee Resilience(UMT, Lahore, 2024-09-25) Samana BatoolIn an era where adaptability is key, the strength of an organization lies not just in its strategies, but in its people. Knowledge-based empowering interaction are the new cornerstone of resilience, shaping employees who can thrive amid change. What is largely missing in the prior studies is the importance of Knowledge interaction, the impact of entrepreneurial leadership in building readiness to change and resilience of employees. Drawing on KBEI and RTC theoretical framework, this study proposed five hypotheses to analyze the relationship between knowledge based empowering interaction, entrepreneurial leadership, readiness to change, and employee resilience. This study empirically tests the relationship among the stated variables. Utilizing an administrative survey questionnaire, data has been collected from employees across top-level, mid level, and lower-level management of service sector of Pakistan comprising 250 respondents. Collected data is analyzed by using the latest version of the statistical tool SPSS, Sobel Test and Process Macros by Hayes. The results of the study provide insights how knowledge interaction enhances resilience of employee, while also highlighting the mediating role of readiness to change as a technique through which knowledge interaction influences employee resilience. The study outcomes also offer several practical and theoretical implications for the service sector of Lahore region, by using which companies not only can achieve their business goals effectively but may also provide a better work environment for employees
