Item Identifying the Predictors of Ethical Voice Behavior among Hospitality Industry Employees(UMT, Lahore, 2024-12-21) Ehtisham AmirWith increasing negative behaviors at the workplace, it becomes necessary to promote voice behaviors among the employees so they can raise their voices against negative things at the workplace and provide suggestions for improvement. It cannot be accomplished without having a promotive environment and a supportive leadership approach. This study examined the role of authentic leadership in fostering ethical voice behavior of employees. It further investigated the mediating effect of moral resilience in the relationship between authentic leadership and voice behaviors. The study examined the moderating role of an ethics-centered HR system on the relationship between authentic leadership and moral resilience. 201 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Both SPSS and Smart PLS was used for data analysis. Importantly, the data analysis revealed that authentic leadership positively influences the moral resilience in a significant manner. And, moral resilience significantly influences the ethical voice behavior. Results also revealed that the moral resilience significantly mediates the relationship between authentic leadership and ethical voice behavior. However, the study did not put forward the ethics-centered HR system as a moderator between moral resilience and authentic leadership.
