Akram (S2020277013)The main purpose of our study is to explore the causes of employee turnover intention at US Apparel & Textile company, which is a leading manufacturing company that was started by two friends Mian Ahsan and Javed Bhatti in 1975 and they built their first factory in 1985. US Apparel & Textiles is the preferred choice of fashion professionals worldwide as a reliable denim and jeans manufacturer, designed for a purpose more than 20,000 employees, and an annual capacity to produce 29 million and 36 million meters’ cloth. Headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan, with 7 garment factories state of the art milling machines, it has a worldwide history in major fashion centers such as London, New York, Istanbul. According to the policy of US Group company the turnover rate should be between 3% to 4% annually but the actually turnover rate of 2022 was 10% and of 2021 was 12 %, due to which the company has to face different tangible and intangible costs.
