Achieving supply chain resilience The role of individual and supply chain level dynamic capabilities

Modern-day supply chains are more exposed to disruptions than ever before. Supply chains, to remain competitive, need to design their systems to overcome these disruptions. Within the supply chain literature, supply chain resilience is recognized as a vital capability that helps remain competitive under uncertain situations. Although there is vast literature examining how supply chain resilience can be achieved, there remain some overlooked areas such as the individual's role in achieving supply chain resilience. This study contributes by studying the role of individual-level dynamic capabilities such as entrepreneurial leadership and managerial social capital in achieving supply chain resilience through the mediating role of supply chain integration. The study also proposed the positive moderating role of supply chain orientation between entrepreneurial leadership, managerial social capital, and supply chain integration.
