The Role of Inclusive Entrepreneurial Ecosystems in Promoting Entrepreneurial Intentions of Transgender Community

Within the context of socioeconomic development, marginalized communities emerge as pivotal actors whose meaningful participation in economic activities is crucial in achieving sustainability in a region. In the context of developing nations, transgender communities encounter multiple challenges, such as limited access to vital resources and a lack of inclusive government support. Policy makers need to build an Inclusive Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (IEE) that recognizes the need to protect the rights and interests of these marginalized groups. These ecosystems are meticulously designed to incorporate inclusive conditions that collectively create an inclusive entrepreneurial environment, including both systemic structures and framework conditions. In turn, these environmental conditions empower transgender communities where they can successfully pursue entrepreneurial endeavors.
