Item Branding of a game development studio(UMT.lahore, 2021-09) Osama Al RehmanThe game market is rapidly growing business due to technological advancements and has created games popular. The advancement of modern technology has created and expanded the market for video games both in terms of geography and demographics and has drawn many more players and made it more powerful for your rivals. Companies from the business sector require a professionalization of their marketing strategies and company strategies more adaptable and swift manner than in the past to stay in the game. A crowded market that has hundreds of thousands of products being released every year poses difficulties for the actors to be understood. The aim of the dissertation was to examine small-scale startups' brand identity during its initial phase in the game industry in order to help the strategic direction of their brand in order to increase their competitive edge within a competitive market. The thesis adopted the business branding strategy to modernize the game development division for startups and has examined the elements driven by brand in a startup setting which is why the framework is being applied to corporations where the businesses are large and well-known. Research suggests that corporate branding can be more flexible for startups and is not affected by organization size. The findings confirm the early signs of brand identity and uncovered connections with competence, value proposition expression and personality, and relationships and civilization and relationship, which examine the connection between elements of the brand's identity and the heart of its brand. The distinctive findings that they reveal the signs of social engagement as well as a fan centered vision of business, and that the majority was a "community prior to all else" strategy and was motivated by the desire to offer value to its customers rather than successful in achieving value to them. A conceptual model for Startups during the initial period of Videogame sector was developed in response to the results of the research that may be adopted as early as a start-up company's Procedure and Supply guidance and help for its future manufacturing identity to tackle the issue of discoverability.
