Item IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL INDICATORS ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE(UMT, Lahore, 2023) ALI AUNThe objective of this study is to explore the relationship between Leadership, information technology, Organizational Culture and Organizational Performance. Research data was collected through cross sectional method and the population size of the study is 8860 according to UMT data base and HR department. Sample size 368 according to morgan table. The research problem focuses on examining different leadership styles, such as transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire leadership, and their effects on key performance indicators, such as financial performance, employee satisfaction, innovation, and organizational culture. The findings will only contribute to the existing body of knowledge but also provide valuable insights for practitioners and leaders who seek to enhance organizational performance through effective leadership strategies. Organizational Performance Impact on Leadership, information Technology and Organizational Culture, highlights the intricate relationship between organizational performance, leadership, and organizational culture. It explores how effective leadership practices and a positive organizational culture can contribute to improved performance outcomes. The study examines the dynamic interplay between leadership behaviors, information technology and cultural alignment within the context of organizational performance. Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature and empirical research, the significance of fostering a cohesive and supportive culture under strong leadership to enhance overall organizational performance and success.
