    Our Project will show the recommendation on “Reduce the loses due to delay in Sales Return Stock lifting from different Goods Forwarding Agencies/distributors Premises of North Region by Logistics department of Tapal Tea Private Limited”. This project examined the causes that influencing delays in Sales Return Stock lifting from different Goods Forwarding Agencies/Customer Premises of North Region by Logistics department. As the study selected exploratory research design, so for this purpose we collected recent data through self-struggle. In order to analyze the problematic areas, the Logistics department provided technical support to our team and we were able to identify a problem in their process through semi structured interviews of staff and documents analysis. The results obtained show that the main problem of Logistics is related to delays in lifting the SRS to Warehouse department. Process flow for lifting the Sales Return Stock of Logistics department has shown below in this project
