Consideration Factors of Reverse Logistics: A Study of M&P Cargo Services

The current research focuses on factors linked to "M&P Cargo Services". The principal aim of the study is to identify / explore which factor influences M&P Cargo Services' order delivery. It helped them significantly to identify the field of production where unusual processes or activities take place, introduce waste management techniques and streamline the workshop. The study has followed a qualitative research approach, where data are gathered by literature reviews and semi-structural questions between CEOs and department managers as well as comparisons have been created. NVIVO 's thematic analysis examines those factors which cause delays in placement of orders and other M&P Cargo Services processes. The following results show internal reasons behind the instability in order to provide research to M&P Cargo do not work properly. Where insufficient supplies, inventory availability, volatility in the industry and logistics are external considerations
