    This study is conducted to Optimize standard operating procedures in supply chain department of Ohad Motors. The purpose of the study is to develop the SOPs to rationalize the flow of information between procurement, warehouse and production departments. That will boost up production and meet the demands efficiently and effectively. That includes OTD (On time delivery) time reduction in process, maximum resources consumption, improve reliability of process flows and increase quality and consistency of work place processes
