Item Impact of Red Tape on Employee Performance The Study of Public Organizations in Lahore NRSP, LDA, UNICEF(UMT, Lahore, 2022) Majida AmanThis study explores red tape's impact on employee performance in Lahore's public organizations. The data was collected from the organizations by interviewing employees online from different public sectors in Lahore, such as LDA, NRSP, and UNICEF. The results showed that red tape affects the working style and the behaviors of the employees in the organization. To reduce the red tape, the organizational processes were reviewed, recording the methods and procedures required to perform a standard operating task convenient for workers to carry out their positions and identify the output of their efforts. This study will be beneficial for future researchers that would develop the theoretical framework on Red-tape or determine the quest for advancement in a relative field.
