    OBSTACLES FACED BY WORKING WOMEN IN MAINTAINING WORK- LIFE BALANCE DURING COVID-19

    This study aims to examine the obstacles faced by working women in maintaining “their “work-life balance during Covid-19. The study addresses the questions about what kind of obstacles they have faced and to maintain their work life balance in pandemic conditions due to Covid-19. The study also discusses the strategies which they have adopted to overcome these problems due to the Covid-19. The study uses the qualitative approach to evaluate the obstacles faced by working women and maintained work- life balance during Covid-19 by conducting interviews with open ended Questions. The researcher formed the research question by using the qualitative technique with the use of purposive sampling and the data was collected from working women from different professions like banking sector, doctors, nurses, teachers and women police officers.
