Item COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS GUARANTEED IN THE CONSTITUTION OF ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN 1973 WITH INDIA AND UNITED KINGDOM(UMT, Lahore, 2020) AUSAF AKBAR KHANFundamental rights are commonly understood as inalienable rights to which a person is inherently entitled simply because he or she is a human being. My research work examines the concept of fundamental rights, its origin and enumeration in written constitution of Pakistan and India and those contained in human rights act 1998 of United Kingdom. My work was to make a comparison of the fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Pakistan 1973, Indian Constitution 1950 and Human Rights Act 1998 of the UK. Since UK has no written constitution. For the purpose of comparison of fundamental right between the countries named above, I have observed and reproduced with brevity the cases heard and decided by the honourable courts of Pakistan, India and UK.
