City textile mill Lahore

B.T.T.M final project is based on my internship at City Textile Mill, Ferozepur road Lahore. City Textiles is situated at Kahna, Lahore. This factory has highly productive machinery. Medium quality yarns are being produced there, ranging from 10s to 24s. Factory has a daily production of almost 250 bags, weighing 100 lbs, including various types of yarns. Company locally settles almost 95% of their total production and a big portion are used for production of canvas, tarpaulins, mops and tents etc. which is the supplementary business of the company. Most of production is exported to USA and European countries. The management structure is good, although still a big room of improvement is there. So 1 have pointed out some areas of improvement and have given suggestions to overcome the prevailing problems. 1 have discussed in this project; Job Description, Reports, Working Areas, Problems and their solutions.
