| dc.description.abstract | Leadership is no longer solely a personal attribute; it encompasses a shared vision that inspires teachers and students to collaborate and perform well. This study investigates the impact of different leadership styles (democratic, autocratic, ethical, transactional, transformational, and authentic) of institute heads on instructors' classroom performance and students' academic achievement. By reviewing previous studies, the study aims to uncover the relationship between leadership styles and teachers' classroom performance (teaching methodologies, classroom management, and professional development) as well as students' academic achievement (learning engagement, change as a success factor, study motivation, and annual results). The study focuses on the effect of school heads' leadership styles on secondary school teachers' classroom performance and students' academic achievement in the Lahore district of Punjab. | |
