Abstract
This research examines the relationship between Risk Management and Project Performance with
the mediating role of managerial skills of project managers. It is mentioned in the literature that
there exists a relationship between Risk Management and Project Performance, which indicates
that organizations that follow proper Risk Management techniques and procedures are more likely
to have a good Project Performance in the end and we can illustrate the fact as well that managers
that possess managerial skills also plays an important role in the accomplishment of task of good
Project Performance
