Abstract
Construction project typically impacted by Delivery methods, selecting the most sufficient
method that has the benefits to success and reduces the risk of failure of the project. Design
build projects may be affected by many key factors which cause project success or project
failure.
This report is intended to extract the factors which may impact the projects performance
executed using design-build technique and then to suggest a framework of a successful
design-build project delivery system. For the analysis of impacts on performance of project
Mixed Method was used.
