Abstract
In this thesis, a methodology is discussed to develop culinary for the hotel industry. In this method, partial differential equation and weighted Bonferroni mean are consolidated to develop the geometric designs of the required product. Boundary conditions and a parameter known as smoothness parameter is used to control the shape of the geometric model. Smoothness parameter used as a fuzzy number, is important in this developed method as it also fulfill the requirements for the desire product according to the industry’s demands. To verify the credibility of this method, an example is used to design a culinary product, which is profiting for the hotel industry.
