Pakistan is a developing nation; as a result, violence rates are rising daily, but there is no mechanism in place to identify and apprehend offenders. In Pakistan, here is no mechanism in place that stores and makes info available about everyone. Each nation now considers having an e-governance infrastructure essential. Each nation voter's full document is kept by the e-governance system. If anyone had committed a crime, the database would have all key data about them. In this thesis, I will make the case for Pakistan's government establishing an e-governance framework. The NADRA network would be connected to this one. Police stations will have this system implemented, and they will be capable of uploading FIR in accordance with CNIC. This FIR will stay in place until a conclusion is reached. By establishing this technology in terminals, it would be very beneficial in preventing terrorists from escaping the land. The culprit would be apprehended wherever he uses his CNIC in Pakistan. criminal thugs would also be eliminated thanks to this technique. In this study, the current police system is also addressed. The e-FIR system offers an answer to the many issues with the conventional FIR system. Finally, the topic of obstacles to e-governance in Pakistan was also covered.
