dc.description.abstractPurpose- The purpose of this study is to develop a frame work for service design in the internal supply chains of Accountancy firms, which could help in academia and service designers in general and people involved in service design in this sector specifically. Design/methodology/approach- Multiple case studies with qualitative approach has been used to develop a strategic level framework. Findings- There exist series of steps to design and deliver the service but these series vary from service to service. Most of the advisory related services are unique so every service must be redesigned after understanding the client’s need. Lastly, there exist few problems and barriers in services design which should be eliminated minimized.
