Abstract
HIS (Health Information Services) it is online Information portal, which will provide the assistance regarding Health oriented services. It will provide the Appointment facilities to the Patients who will be registered on this website. Its mean only registered Patients and Doctors can use the services of this web system. The system will be useful for the patients to share their medical records with their preferred physicians and get partial consultancy before the complete physical check-up, on the other hand the Doctors will feel convenient to use this system and save their precious time to allocate online suggestion and appointments.
