dc.description.abstractThe thermal efficiency of the current houses continues to decline owing to the aesthetic demands of people and other factors. This is one problem that is common even in Pakistan. In the last two decades, there has been a drastic increase in the heating and cooling loads in the current houses of Lahore leading to heavy electricity bills that has certainly affected our economy as well. Through thorough research it is revealed that the existing houses in Lahore are not designed to address the harsh climatic needs in Lahore.
