Abstract
High turnover costs more than you think. It is a well-known saying, for a business, it is not only important to find the good employees but to retain them as well, including interviewing, training, hiring, reduce productivity, lost opportunity costs .Our purpose to conduct this research is to look for the causes of high turnover rate in the Micro Tech. This research is pragmatic based and by conducting this extensive study, we tried to find the root cause of “Turnover” in Micro Tech. It is a dire issue for the company and needed to be solved, and hopefully it would affect the bottom line of the company. So all these things made us interested to study in this area.
