Abstract
Rental housing is a severe issue in rudimentary parts of societies. Nowadays, everyone has a busy schedule, and it is very problematic for anyone to physically find appropriate accommodation in suitable areas. Contemporary apartment owners also face complications in renting out their houses. Hanging advertisement custom-made images on buildings is also tricky and a waste of money. Sometimes it takes months for owners to rent their homes and tenants to find accommodation according to their requirements. As a result, an online platform can play an essential role in solving all these issues. This paper explains the online application “Rental Resort.” This application is designed for both tenants and owners. This research will explain how online applications help tenants and renters to take mutual benefits from our developed system. A user-friendly application is established that can be easily understood by its audience. There are a few requirements for tenants and owners to use this application. All they need to do is sign up as owner or renter utilizing an email or phone number. They will provide the required information about their identity and create a password. The owners can give house-related information and put images for advertisements. Contemporary renters can search for a house in the targeted area, send messages to owners, and make online home registers without physical presence. Renters will be able to pay their bills online without any effort. This application contains many other features that make it easier to understand and make renters find their homes quickly. This way, a trustworthy online home-renting service is created nationwide throughout Pakistan.
