Abstract
The aim of this research was to find out the relationship between big five personality, work-study conflict, coping strategies, and burnout in part-time university students. Sample consisted of (N=200) with equal number of men and women (N=200) from government and private institutes in Lahore with an age range of 18-30 (M=28.58, SD= 2.64) using the correlation research design.
