The diversity in construction projects in Lahore is enfolded after the empirical
analysis and impact of various factors of project risk management on organizational
resilience. The indispensable role of managers, pro-active approaches, and contextual
structure of organizational governance in order to resilient an organization provide an
optimistic framework
