Patient Appointment system in most health care institutions in Pakistanis carried out using and arrival of patients to health cares without appointment system results in live lines at checking rooms. This restricts output of work and results in lines at reception and jams of telephone. Practicality of such system is low and fails meeting needs of the patients and physicians and administration staff. Most elements of the registration system are unsuccessful, and therefore too much time of human resources, patients and workers is consumed for usual actions, and physical costs are too high as well. Appointment Plus a platform which reduces the gap between doctor and patient in terms of appointment. It will facilitate doctors to uphold and schedule their future appointments. It will enable patient to see doctor, clinical visit and make the appointment.en_US
