The weave structure is the focus of this research because of its effect on textile seam performance and drapes. In the textile and garment industries, weave patterns are crucial for deciding fabric qualities and for directing fabric selection, design, and production processes. Body conformity, elasticity, and fluidity of fabric drapes are assessed using methodical tests on various weave types. Furthermore, put to the test are the seams' durability, strength, and aesthetic appeal. This work offers stakeholders the ability to make informed decisions regarding fabric selection, design, and manufacture by providing insights into the intricate connection between weave structures and functional effects. The release of these connections allows one to create clothes that perfectly blend comfort, style, and seam integrity. The fashion industry might benefit from this study, which could also further textile science. Designers and manufacturers may use this information to create innovative clothing and fabrics that cater to customers' changing tastes.
