In our project, AI Recruiter, we are paying attention to the development of an intelligent platform that would automate early-stage recruitment processes. It is meant to serve HR departments, helping them with screening of candidates as well as holding interviews. This lessens work pressure on the recruiters and aids in faster hiring. The system incorporates AI algorithms in the screening of resumes and the profile of the candidate being applied. It makes sure that only the most targeted candidates are forwarded to the next level.
