Abstract
The app is a simple app full of ease. There are two users in the app. Every user needs to signup once. After signup he just needs to open the app and login the app if the login sessions perviously had expired. This app tells how an organizer can easily create and manage the event. The organizer will generate a request to admin for conducting an event of his choice. After the checking of time and date the admin will create and event and assign him roles by giving him access to app till the occurrence of event. The organizer will give the details of the event and limtize the audience limit for the event. The students can view the events and can send enrollment request into the events by view upcoming events. The can also check the previously attended events from the history. Student cannot enroll if the enrollment limit is full unless the organizer increases the audience limit.
The intresting features of our app are:Limitizing the audience, Focusing the desired audience related to the event, Reminder Alert a day before and 4 hours before the event on that day.
All the information of the events can be collected from a single platform using this app. After reading this abstract document the reader will be able to know what is the function of our app and new features of this UMT Event Planner app. This will get good rating of our application and we are hoping for the best results for our application.
