Abstract
Different types of behavior problems lead to writing disabilities, which affects predominantly a student‘s academic performance. Mostly the parents are unaware of this fact and how to tackle these problems. Hearing impaired students have more behavior problems than hearing students. They cannot express themselves the way hearing students are entitled to. They feel ignored and withdrawn due to this fact. This study is designed to explore different kinds of behavior problems hearing imparted students. The behavior problems are social, academic and communication problems in which they express themselves to only hearing-impaired peers but not to hearing peers. To identify these problems, one needs to figure out the factors behind them and unearth the modes of interaction among hearing impaired and hearing students. This research is beneficial for teachers, parents and researchers for early identification of behavioral problems. The range of the students under scrutiny lies within both the government and public institutes. The process was like we sent them a link of Likert scale and they responded to us via link. The sample includes 16 males and 36 females from universities using convenient sampling. A quantitative approach was used. A three point Likert scale questionnaire having 22 statements were used to identify the effect of hearing loss on the behavior of impaired students.
