Abstract
The current study was conducted on role of Mental Toughness, Emotional
Regulation, Burnout and Mental Health problems in civil and IT engineers. The Sample
was comprised of 190 Participant in total with 50 Men and 40 women (55.60% men and
44.40% women) with age range of (M= 33.28, SD=10.02) in each group of engineers
