Abstract
The study was designed to serve significant roles and responsibilities of a teacher at elementary level in a Seerah perspective. Elementary school education is a very crucial level of learning and is the foundation of the entire education system in every country. A teacher’s effective role gives a new shape and life to an individual and a nation as well. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) introduced Himself as a teacher. So, teaching is a very noble profession. The research objectives of the study were to analyze multiple roles and responsibilities of a teacher at elementary level in federal, public, and private sectors of schooling. Efforts have been made to analyze and review the position of a teacher, acting as a role model for the students, and his great leadership qualities that demand he perform his noble responsibilities to raise their academic activities in a Seerah perspective. All types of schools were selected for sampling. Questionnaires were prepared to collect data. For analysis of data to show, a table technique was used. Finally, findings and results showed that effective roles of a teacher and performing his responsibilities in the best way at elementary level is very necessary as it promotes the learning level of students and also enhances their level of interest.
