dc.description.abstractThe aim of the study was to examine how the stress created by laissez-faire leadership is spilled over and crossed over, how it is perceived by the partner making an impact on relationship and partner FWC. This Study was cross-sectional and Lahore Based. The data set that has been studied were the dual earners, the study examined how the stress created at workplace is spilled over making an impact on the family functioning and furthermore how that stress is crossed over making an impact on partner, ultimately affecting relationship and partner Family Work Conflict. This study has empirically proved that the stress and strain created by laissez-faire leadership is transmitted and perceived by the partner and it damages relationship quality and Partner FWCen_US
