Abstract
Researchers and communists have worked very difficult to assist in-capacitated and disabled to pick different procedures that help them to interact with society in a more effective way, instead of to be subordinate on others. The point for this project is to present a programmed moveable instrument, to name as “Mobile Controlled Wheelchair” that enables the handicap to find their wheelchair’s position and move it through manual joystick control and by a particular android application to the required destination. This application helps the handicap to control the development of wheelchair in a desired manner.
