dc.description.abstractThis report focuses on the development of 3D Third person perspective Game, Tour Shooter. This game is based on Unreal Engine containing a Third person shooter character, whole map of a western city for the Player to walk around and play the game. The game focuses on the realistic environment and interactions and keen to provide realism. This project opens a new window of opportunities for everyone specially the creator and players, as the creator gets a new Creativity sense for future work and for the player as in, they will gain interest in the environment of the game and it will attract new students towards
