| dc.description.abstract | The system consists of an android application in which the user will have access to online marketplace for mobile phone. The main aim and objective behind this system was to reduce the time and effort of people. To keep the things simple we have just hard-coded the parameters for guessing the price of the mobile phone for the time being will use machine learning in future. This system will overcome the sell purchase problem for android mobile users currently. Sellers will have to upload the front and the back picture of their phone and other data of the phone such as OS, RAM, Camera features etc. This system will have an option to either sell your phone or purchase new one from the ads shown on the home screen. When new ad will be posted in the system all the registered users will be notified that new ad has been posted. You can become the seller and purchaser at the same time. The system will generate a price for the phone based on your provided description, which is currently static. Buyer can send their request of price and furthermore if they want to talk to the ad poster they can send the chat request as well. For the chat purpose, this system has a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) service. The backend of the system has been deployed on firebase database system. | |
