Abstract
The study conducted for the stated research variables of anxiety and puberty in Autism Spectrum Disorder was Quantitative. In addition to understanding the relationship between the two aspects formerly mentioned, this study also developed an understanding of how anxiety and puberty impact each other, taking into account both positive and negative aspects. The intention was to identify the gap between the two distinct aspects of the study so that future therapists, parents, and teachers dealing with children with autism could develop better ways of managing their behavior and psychological shaping as they mature into an adult. The population of the research included therapists having experience of more than one year, dealing with children between the ages of 10 to 15. The sample size is 64 therapists from 4 special centers of Lahore. The tool was self-constructed and highly reliable 0.832 value of Cronbach‟s Alpha. The research should allow them an insight into better coping mechanisms while dealing with anxiety that is triggered during puberty, so that a better child could emerge through those practices. Research conclusively shows that anxiety and puberty are linked to each other but are not directly linked because children with Autism have already anxiety issues.
