Abstract
Large companies require portals in order to access and to make official relations with the employees. Basically every company wants the data of their employees on a single platform. HR (Human resource) portal is a web based portal in order to facilitate the company to manage the record and working of their employees easily. This portal comprises of two types of users. One is HR manager who is the main controller of the portal and the other is HR employee of the company. Some of the unique and user-friendly functionalities which enhance the easiness of this portal are payroll system which calculate the salary of employees and the attendance management system so that employees can apply their attendance by login their accounts. The main purpose of this portal is to provide the company a responsive website so that the manager can easily access the employees.
