Abstract
“Unity, equality we are not anti-men we are pro human”. Feminism has assumed an indispensable
part in the transformation of current cultures. Women's activist developments internationally have
changed customary man centric attitudes and helped ladies convey for their social and political
space in a male-overwhelmed biosphere. In simple words, what have feminist movements
struggled for, among other things? Equality. However, initially from a historically specific
(western) and ethnocentric arrangements, feminist theories have developed to see the value in
subtleties achieved by culture and history across geological contexts. Neverthless, in spite of the
distinctions in culture, viewpoint, practices and way of talking of various women's activist
developments, the center ideal of woman's rights, that of gender equality, stays at the focal point
across the world. Comprehensively talking, regardless of the gigantic contrasts in various
feminisms, and evaluates of western women's liberation for being ethnocentric and oblivious to
real factors of non-western ladies, woman's rights has taken a stab at office, opportunity and sex
fairness.
