Abstract
The stylishness of Transformational leadership is achievement recognition, and materiality
in the field of leadership and project management due to it positive and optimistic impact on the
employee and organizational outcomes. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the effect of
transformational leadership (TL) on project success (PS) with project team building as a mediator
between transformational leadership and project success (PS). The Data is collected as of 159
employees working in the organizations operating in the IT sector of Pakistan. Various statistical
tests, such as Descriptive examination, correlation analysis, and regression and PROCESS
MACRO technique was used using SPSS latest version 28. Moreover, the Mediation and
Moderation analysis was carried out by the Model 4 and 1 of the Hayes process respectively. The
results proved that transformational leadership is significantly and positively related to project
success and team building. The findings of this study have implications to the theory of
transformational leadership and is practically useful for the managers of firms working on projects
aiming for success.
